The application allows you to choose language and exposure, then configure a personalized or preconfigured route. Navigation is via an interactive map or in Augmented Reality. Each room offers descriptions and a searchable list of works. The search for works is done by name, number or QR code, with access to details and navigation between works. A history of visits is available, saved with an account. In connected mode, the user can add favorites, take notes and customize the display. The app also offers accessibility options and bonus features such as gamification, ticket purchases, and an agenda of exhibitions.

Realisation

The design of the project was carried out on Figma, facilitating the creation and sharing of interactive models. A moodboard has been developed to define the visual identity, choosing colors, typographies and styles adapted to the universe of the museum. The UX has been designed to make navigation intuitive and fluid, simplifying access to information and optimizing the user journey, notably thanks to the interactive map and the Augmented Reality mode. The UI focused on a clear and modern design, with a well-marked visual hierarchy, accessible elements, and adaptation to different screens to ensure an enjoyable experience.

Preference

I particularly appreciated working on the management of personal notes in the application. This feature allows logged-in users to keep a personalized track of their favorite works by adding comments. It offers a richer and interactive experience, while remaining simple to use thanks to a clear and intuitive design on Figma.

Complexity

The central theme of the project was complexity, with the goal of managing many features while providing a simple and seamless experience. It was about making a rich system accessible—navigation, customization, search, augmented reality — without losing the user. The work on Figma has allowed to organize this complexity through sleek designs and an intuitive interface.

Final opinion on the project

This project allowed me to take on the challenge of simplifying a complex interface while integrating many features. Working on design and ergonomics with Figma was very enriching. I particularly appreciated finding the balance between functional richness and ease of use to offer a pleasant and fluid user experience.
